The Saddle room is one of the workshop rooms in the Ferrers Centre for arts and crafts. Housed in the restored Georgian stables of the Stanton Harold Hall. Amongst many shops for crafts and workshops also in the Staunton stables there are comfortable tea and lunch rooms. Staunton Harold is situated on the Leicestershire and Derbyshire border between Ashby de la Zouch and Melbourne off the B587. |

“Cromford Mill 08” annual show
Sir Richard Arkwright Cromford Mill, Mill Lane, Cromford, Derbyshire.
Famous old cotton mill and beautiful canal making it a popular area and a good healthy restaurant just in front of the exhibition room. Students from studio 186 will also be displaying some of their new works.

“Derbyshire Open Arts 08”
Cromford annual show will be taking part like the last two years. Hope to have good weather not only for a walk but also many other artists showing their work around the Cromford area.

“Patching Arts and Crafts Festival 08”
This is the 15th year of the festival and so there will be special programs for celebration and Yuko will be in the painting marquee as usual.
